Practical goals
- Scientific promotion of researchers and faculty members of the Ocular OTERC and related educational centers.
- Making the center's research activities mission- and customer-oriented.
- Establishing a close relationship between the OTERC research results and the production departments, and creating favorable circumstances for the commercialization of research and technological results.
